Summary: Following additional investigation work into the Sapphire Room, officials and LILITH agents have identified where these gangs are spending some of their money. The cash flow will lead Outsiders to the different bars and hostess clubs in the Kabuki-cho district. Outsiders will be encouraged to go undercover and report who they see. Some of these businesses entertain a wealthy and influential clientele so don't be surprised if you see a certain rich CEO or even a shady politician or two.
