 ▶ ABOUT QUESTSQuests are mini missions that can be done during relaxed months. Each quest will feature an objective to be accomplished by characters. While mods can answer questions and provide more details about quests, we want quests to be largely controlled by players. As a result, mods will not be playing NPCs or setting up logs for quests. Instead, players are encouraged to make their own logs, add their own details, and make up their own NPCs to fit their plans. As long as nothing becomes game breaking or plot altering, we will allow it. 

Side quests can take place in previously visited locations. To date, the current available locations are: 
NeoTokyo, Kyoto, Okinawa, and Las Vegas.
Quests are open for everyone to participate in and can be completed by multiple people more than once. Quests can be stand-alone or part of a loose quest line depending on how interested and involved characters are. Furthermore, quests can be used to help break down large player plots that need to unfold over a period of time. Lastly, all quests are optional.

▶ STREET FIGHTER II

Location: Neo Tokyo
Summary: Following additional investigation work into the Sapphire Room, officials and LILITH agents have identified where these gangs are spending some of their money. The cash flow will lead Outsiders to the different bars and hostess clubs in the Kabuki-cho district. Outsiders will be encouraged to go undercover and report who they see. Some of these businesses entertain a wealthy and influential clientele so don't be surprised if you see a certain rich CEO or even a shady politician or two.
Objective(s): Go undercover and record evidence of businessmen and politicians that are working with local gangs
Notes: This quest may align with some player plots. If you engage with this quest, respond to this comment with a link to relevant threads and a short summary so we can keep track of interest and progress. The thread does not have to be completed but we want enough to get an idea of potential developments.

LINK - Dante and Silco meet up and accidentally kill two birds with one stone. For this quest: Silco plants a bug in the office of the owner of "Deathmatch in Hell", to catch any deals going on behind the scenes in the owner's office
LINK - Tary and Silco are infiltrating a Host club, which involves a politician, and Taryon is getting in with their aides to get intel. He'll be planting a bug attached to a lighter on someone's person.
LINK - Yato and Silco create a diversion and infiltrate a group of interns for a local politician to get close

▶ SUBLIMINAL ADVERTISING

Location: Neo Tokyo
Summary: Advertising agencies are using an illegal program to implant subliminal messages to get people to buy more products. After consuming these messages, people feel a compulsive need to buy products. There are even messages that can make people totally loyal to a brand or certain store. Some people are more susceptible than others and even Outsiders may find themselves hypnotized into spending money on things they don't need.
Objective(s): Conduct investigations behind the hypnotic messages and put a stop to them.
Notes: The hypnotic messages can be used by specific stores, brands, manufacturers, gaming companies, and more. There are different programs so the messages can be visual or audio and vary in strength. People may find themselves splurging too much on new year lucky bags or booking expensive reservations and gifts for Valentine's day in February.

Location: Neo Tokyo
Summary: Thanks to Outsider efforts, they have been able to save many cats from becoming infected by the Rift. While no mutant prides appear, it looks like some cats have still been afflicted with a case of Rift poisoning. These cats are aggressive and sometimes chase after people, especially children or people carrying food. Neo Tokyo Animal Control will ask for help catching these cats so they can be treated at designated clinics.
Objective(s): Capture cats that have Rift poisoning so they can receive treatment

▶ WHICH WAY IS UP?

Location: Neo Tokyo
Summary: After a year of disasters, Neo Tokyo's subway stations and underground malls are undergoing extensive remodeling and refurbishing. This results in random exits and wings being closed to the public and people being rerouted through the vast network of tunnels and establishments. There are map applications to keep track of development but they aren't always updated and the directions may not be clear. Stations and malls are hiring "rescue workers" to go into these underground labyrinths and help direct lost civilians. Make sure to not get lost yourself.
Objective(s): Retrieve lost civilians who can't navigate the underground subways and malls. Try to create an updated map of routes.
